Service Development and Operational Efficiency: I established and grew clinical laboratories, such as the first immunohistochemistry laboratory for global CROs aligning laboratory services with clinical research needs and operationalizing testing protocols to support clinical trials.

Histology and Pathology Expertise: I have specialized in immunohistochemistry, pathology services, and lab quality assurance, with experience in specimen preparation, equipment maintenance, and managing diagnostic  and reference laboratories 

Compliance and Accreditation: Throughout my roles, I have ensured compliance with GLP/GCLP, CAP, and other regulatory standards, achieving CAP accreditation for laboratories with zero deficiencies and implementing quality control systems to meet national standards.

Healthcare Program and Laboratory Start-Up Leadership: As the inaugural director for multiple laboratory and healthcare service start-ups, I designed and implemented operational frameworks, developed training resources, and established procedures for sustainable, high-quality laboratory operations.
